As a first time home buyer, I had no idea where to even start. I knew I wanted a new build. Rachel worked with me to find a builder that I was comfortable with. We also made sure I was comfortable with the neighborhood. She was there throughout the entire process. She even helped me at the Design Center. I am a bachelor so that was overwelming. Rachel made the experience almost effortless. I will definitely recommend Rachel to anyone buying or selling a home.

Rachel came to me with a proposal that I could not pass on. The proposal was to sell one property and buy another that ultimately improved my cash flow and quality of property. Rachel was an absolute joy to work with and found the perfect house for Janet and I. There were some changes that took place during the process (as there always is) which required Rachel to do a good amount of coordinating with the listing agent which she handled beautifully. As of Oct 2018, I've utilized Rachel's services upon three different homes/transactions. The 3rd home or deal is to sell our condo near Austin's Downtown area. While Rachel is quick to respond to calls, texts and Emails she is also very consultative guiding buyers and sellers through the entire realty process including but not limited to making introductions to loan officers, title companies, home inspectors, and repair technicians. Lastly, while she posted our home for sale on the MLS she also had it posted to 5 other websites and private investor only websites within 12 hours of signing the listing agreement.
